Lifeline Service and Link-up America

In accordance with Federal and State regulations, Pymatuning Telephone participates in the following low income assistance programs:

Lifeline 135 service

You may be eligible for a discount of $8.25 per month on your phone bill.

OR

You must be enrolled in one of the following programs:

· Temporary Assistance to Needy families (TANF)

· General Assistance (GA)

· Supplement Security Income (SSI)

· Supplement Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) f/k/a food stamps

· Low Income Home Energy Assistance (LIHEAP)

· Medicaid

· Federal Public Housing

· National School Free Lunch Program

You cannot be a dependent fpr federal income tax purpose, unless you are 60 years of age or older.

 

Link-Up America

If you are eligible for lifeline 135 service, you are also eligible for Link-Up America. This program provides a discount of 50% off the connection charges (up to $30.00)for installation of your telephone service.
